2. 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩-𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙚, 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩-𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚 𝘽𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙨 - The process to claim a plush character is straightforward and operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once a character is showcased on our Instagram or Facebook page, cart pass holders can immediately take action.
3. 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 - Send your claim to moonmilkandmonsters@gmail.com. Include the name or description of the plush character.
   
   ⚠️  We prioritize email for claims. Our Instagram and Facebook messages are not checked as frequently, so emailing us is the best way to ensure your claim is noticed and processed quickly.
   
4. 𝙉𝙤𝙣-𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙞𝙢𝙨: To maintain fairness and accurate inventory management, once a plushie is claimed by a cart pass holder, the choice cannot be altered. This policy ensures that our inventory numbers remain precise for other customers.
