Below are some terms you might see around the site! Some are strictly used in the Buy, Sell, Trade communities on Facebook but we use them on our site as well.

𝙎𝙝𝙤𝙥 𝘿𝙧𝙤𝙥 - This term refers to the scheduled release of new products and inventory at our shop. A Shop Drop happens at a specific date and time, unveiling a new collection of characters for purchase.

𝙈𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙞𝙈𝙖𝙙𝙚 - Often used in reference to our MoonSugrrs, 'MultiMade' indicates that there are multiple plushies of a particular MoonSugrr character. While each is handcrafted and unique, the character design is replicated across several items, making them individually unique but not one-of-a-kind character-wise.

⚠️ 𝘼𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙉𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 1𝙨𝙩 2023 all MoonSugrr characters are subject to being replicated. Customs and auctions are exempt from this change.

𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝘽𝙪𝙙𝙙𝙮 - A Cart Buddy is someone who assists a shopper in securing an item during our shop drops. This strategy increases the likelihood of successfully purchasing an item, especially useful when items sell out quickly.

𝙁𝙏𝙊 - FTO (First Time Owner) applies to individuals who have never owned a specific type of plush from our brand. Please note, owning plush purchased secondhand disqualifies someone from participating in FTO-specific shop drops.

𝙁𝙏𝙎 - FTS (First Time Scorer) is a term for individuals who have not yet successfully made a purchase during any of Moonmilk and Monsters' official shop drops, including sneaky or random listings. Those who have won auctions or previous Right to Buy (RTB) events also fall under the FTS umbrella. Additionally, individuals who have only acquired Moonmilk creations through secondary markets or secondhand purchases are still eligible to participate in FTS-specific drops.

𝙍𝙏𝘽 - RTB (Right To Buy) events offer our community a chance to enter a random selection process for the opportunity to purchase a plush. It’s like putting your name into a hat and hoping to be drawn to secure a purchase.
