♡ Some plushes contain small pieces that may not be suitable for children under the age of 6. Please provide toy to your child at your own risk.

♡ Safety eyes are well fastened but are a choking hazard if dislodged from plush.

♡ Larger plush’s arms and legs are weighted with poly pellet beads. Appendages are sewn to the best of my ability, but on the off chance they become dislodged the beads may fall out.

♡ Plushes are handmade and may not be suitable for children under the age of 6. I sew each plush to the best of my ability but I do not recommend rough play or exessive pulling of their appendages. These plushes are meant for cuddling and hugging.

♡ To Wash: Spot clean if possible with cold water and a mild soap. To machine wash place plush into a mesh washing bag or a pillow case. Wash in cold water on the “delicate” setting of your washing machine with detergent (no softeners). Dry with no heat or air dry, brush and fluff.

♡ Blush may wash off. Simply reapply with your own blush to give them those rosey cheeks again!

  Shipping costs vary based on rates provided by USPS, UPS, and FedEX.

  Refunds are not available once the order has been shipped and, if applicable, tracking has been provided.

Once a package is given to a carrier we are no longer responsible for the safety of the order. If a package gets lost in the mail we cannot promise anything but please reach out and we can talk about options.

  We will not refund packages damaged by the carrier. We place each plush in a cellophane bag to limit its exposure to any outside elements.

  Reach out to us if your plush has any original defects such as holes or loose stitching within 7 days of receiving the plush. Based on the circumstance we will offer to repair the plush and pay for shipping. If we deem the damage was not caused by a mistake on our part we reserve the right to decline repairs. We have multiple disclaimers stating each plush is handmade and should not be played with roughly.

We are not responsible for fixing plushes damaged due to negligence.

All return and repair policies only apply to the original purchaser of the plush. If you purchase a Moonmilk & Monster plush secondhand ie. gifting, trades, or resold online. We are not responsible for shipping, repairs, refunds or anything of that nature
